Mike Fleck named Harrier of the Year
Harrier Mike Fleck was awarded “Harrier of the Year at the Harriers annual meal.
Mike, a stalwart of the club beat off stiff opposition from up and coming star “Rufus”
The evening was a great Success, with the staff of Mango in Broadstone serving up an excellent meal.

Sunday Runs
Next Sundays Run on the 25th March - Remember, the clocks go FORWARD 1 Hour.
We have been invited by Poole Runners & Bournemouth AC to join them for a couple of long tempo runs/time trials in preparation for the spring marathon season.
The next run will be 14miles long. Run will start at 9am from Shore Road (in front of the JazzCafé) and will run along the seafront towards Southbourne and back. At halfway it'll be turn around and comeback.
The runs will cater for all standards & paces and they will be providing pacemakers as well as drink stations and mile markers.
There is no charge, just turn up and run. Please bring “special” drinks if you need these provided.Otherwise it’ll be plain old water.

Harriers Meal - Times changed !
The Hamworthy Harriers Meal is at the Mango Curry House in Broadstone on SATURDAY NIGHT 18th February at 8:30pm.
Meet in the Goods Yard for pre dinner drinks from 7:30pm.
Names/numbers to Mike Fleck ASAP and any changes by Monday 13th Feb at the latest.
