Mike Bruce  was named “Harrier of the Year” at this year's Christmas Sunday lunch. For many years  Mike has worked tirelessly behind the scenes, not only for the Harriers but also helping out at many local running events.

During 2004 Mike was instrumental in developing and bringing to fruition the Corfe Mullen Fun Run. The inaugural event was a resounding success which has boosted Hamworthy Harriers standing in the local community. Mike has also been responsible for the development of the Harriers web site and remains the guiding hand. He now joins an increasing list of distinguished Harriers recognised for their commitment and contribution to the club.
